I lost my Mom eight years ago and miss her so much. It's so strange to be a child without a Mom. I see women my age with their older Moms out to lunch, shopping, and having special outing with them. Some arm in arm and others simply strolling along in quite conversations.
I miss my Mom. She instilled my love of art. She could decorate a house beautifully, and her gardens were on several garden tours. She loved herbs and taught me to cook. Boy could she cook. She was a great grandmother and my best friend.

I know how you feel, I lost mine in 2006........I still want to call her and tell her about my day...I am 54 and I still meed my mommy.....so I understand...
ReplyDeleteA big ditto from here. It's been four years and today when everything went wrong I felt lost without the advice and support. Even a "Don't worry - things have away of working out." would have lifted me to the universe. So getting it!
