Bead Soup Reveal!

Yep here it is the big reveal! It was so fun
participating and my partner was the best. I had not made a necklace in a long time that didn't have any lampwork beads in it so it was a great challenge and with such yummy soup it wasn't hard. I added some fresh water pearls and some more carnelian, but used almost every stone Lori had sent me.
Thanks Lori for a great time! Can't wait to do it again.

Make sure you check out all the bead soup participants.

  4. I agree w/ Heather, 'rich' is one of the first words that comes to mind. I wouldn't have thought 'silver' w/ these colours & you made them work together beautifully

  5. Tis beautiful, the focal and the colors remind me of late summer in the sunflower fields at the farm or maybe keywest as the sun goes down. Lush, warm, and rich, a wonderful piece!

    Enjoy the Party!

  22. Libby, this is just spectacular. I need to learn how to get the bead clusters nice & snug like you did...I bet you did some type of wire wrap to snug them up, yes?

REally nice job...and the beads you sent to Lori were pure sunshine...she REALLY followed the "party" in Bead Soup Party with the colors you sent her!

  24. WOW!! That is amazing! You did an awesome job. I can only imagine the amount of work you put into that piece. I love the focal, but the necklace is a work of art, and at the same time doesn't draw from the focal. Great work!
